Adrian Twombley brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to the organization as an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. His academic background includes an undergraduate degree in Human Services with a minor in Criminal Justice from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, complemented by leadership training through the ROTC program at the University of Kansas. Currently, Adrian is advancing his expertise at the University of Missouri, where earned his Master’s degree in May 2026, focusing on Human Development with specialized research regarding veterans and children of deaf adults (CODA).
Sharie Twombley serves as a vital pillar of the executive team, contributing extensive operational and clinical knowledge to the business. She earned her Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences from National University in San Diego, California, providing her with a robust foundation in understanding complex human behaviors and social systems. Her professional background is distinguished by:
- Extensive experience in the management and oversight of residential group homes.
- Proven success in designing and implementing social service programs for vulnerable populations.
